I remember the first Earth Day in 1970 – I went to Eastman Kodak in Rochester to interview for a job … but ended up working for Esso (yes it was Esso) in Florham Park New Jersey, then in 1971 went to UMass Amherst and in 1974 to Chevron Research in the San Francisco Bay Area
