It was a gala, no-color-tie affair, with lots of people, kids, balloons and food.
Everyone sang “Happy Birthday Dear Albany, Happy Birthday To You”
The grand dinner party was held 27 Sep 2008, the same day that Berkeley’s Amtrak Station was dedicated.
