Once your home is ready to be seen, we make sure that it’s visible to every buyer in the market, and every real estate agent who’s searching for a home for their buyers.

Your home receives extraordinary online and social media marketing and comprehensive REALTOR outreach. Moreover, we prepare an “Ideal Offer” sheet. This instructs buyers about our offer date and time, and your ideal terms (closing date, possession, rent back, etc.) so they can craft their offer to meet your needs.

We usually have 75 to 125 agents at our real estate broker tour, and hold these tours before our first Sunday open house so the agents can tell their clients about your home.  This results in more buyer interest than having the first open house before the broker tour.

Some agents have “off-market” or “pocket” listings; where they limit a home’s exposure to a limited selection of agents, or try to sell it themselves. This primarily benefits the agent.
