Our "Cat" alogue system

LTC = Lucy The Cat... who ranks every home between 1 and 4 paws (unless she gives it the dread "hairball" rating!


Then we go out on tour. The Berkeley Broker's Tour starts at 9:30 am, and we're usually out till 2:00 in the afternoon. We visit over a dozen homes, and use the opportunity to network with other agents.

I take 200-300 photos (15-20 of each home) and Carol takes detailed notes (steps to the front door, pest control/foundation amount, busy street, etc.) during the entire Broker's Tour

Once home, we spend hours integrating the information for you:

  • Identifying which photos are for each home
  • Adding our comments to those of the seller's agent
  • Rating each home using our exclusive LTC Rating System - LTC = Lucy The Cat, who rates each home from 1 to 4 paws, unless she gives it the dreaded "Hairball" rating
  • Creating links to the MLS
  • Prepare easy to read reports in Adobe Acrobat Format (perfect for searching)
  • Summarize our notes for all homes we've seen which are still active on the market
  • Map all active listings... with live map links to the MLS
