A charming home in a Historic District
First of all, my home is simply, so very cozy and comfortable - in a country-like setting that is quiet, yet full of comforting sounds of the train, frogs, crickets and .... a resident rooster who likes to sleep late.
The backyard smells of honeysuckle in the spring and summer, as well as BBQ╒s most of the year round. The neighbors often organize block parties creating a sense of togetherness and community. It is a safe environment, everyone watching out for each other.
The sunrises, sunsets, and even the storms are beautiful and exciting, with the bay as a backdrop, and majestic eucalyptus trees nestling our little village.
Truly, you can easily forget that you live in the city with all its hustle and bustle, when you come home. It will be very hard to leave the beauty and serenity of this little village community.
